Liberation, the mask is off is a book that I write to help my readers to have a better understanding of who they are. I have spoken to a lot of people and many of them are not satisfied of who they are and they try to be someone else. As I thought about my topic , one of the questions that came to me was, “what is the basic of each of us self-worth, what can we not live without?
We can be all God created us to be. I assess my circumstances and the many lessons I learned from my past and decide I can be the “Best Me” and stop trying to be others. One has to stop living the regret of the past or dreading the future. God holds the future and so I decide to come clean. I was tired of the excess baggage, and tired of wearing my mask. I am now willing to liberate myself from things in my life that will hinder my purpose. It is important we get rid of pride, arrogance, self-righteousness. Freedom is already provided. I have been liberated and letting God take full control.
I want my book to help others to take off their masks. Let the chains fall off and life will become lighter. Your past hurts are a part of you. If you do not know who you are you will subconsciously let others pressure you to believe you are somebody you are not. A lot of stress comes from hiding from the real you. Know who you are and whose you are.
Can you imagine how shocked people would be if they really knew the person we were, when God found us?
